1 1⁄2 oz Origin Series Bourbon
1 dash Angostura bitters
3⁄4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Pumpkin Simple Syrup

METHOD

Shake
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish: Sage

Pumpkin Simple Syrup Instructions

1 Cup pumpkin puree
2 cups Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Chili Powder
4 cups water

Heat until sugar is dissolved.
