One hundred bourbon enthusiasts have the opportunity to claim and purchase the full inaugural 2025 Bardstown Distillery Reserve Collection — Cathedral French Oak, Hokkaido Mizunara Oak and Normandie Calvados. A rare three-bottle set built for those who appreciate the spirit of exploration.
How It Works
- Enter the Sweepstakes: Submit your entry between December 1st (12:00a EST) and December 8th (11:59p EST). Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Winners Selected: 100 entrants will be randomly chosen and notified via email on Wednesday, December 10th.
- Pick Up Your Collection: Winners will receive exclusive access to purchase their Distillery Reserve set for $499. Available only for in-person pick-up at our Bardstown Distillery or Louisville Tasting Room Thursday, December 11th – Friday, January 9th.
Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Limit one entry per person. Winners must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of pick-up. Winners are required to complete their purchase in person at either the Bardstown Distillery or Louisville Tasting Room by Friday, January 9, 2026, or the opportunity to purchase will be forfeited. Meet the 2025 Distillery Reserve Collection
As featured on 60 Minutes, Cathedral French Oak is the inaugural release of the Distillery Reserve series. Rested in 300-year-old French oak barrels from the storied Bercé Forest, these ancient trees were originally harvested to restore the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris following the fire of 2019.
Awarded 2025 Best Bourbon by Esquire and Rolling Stone. Hokkaido Mizunara Oak begins with a blend of 9- to 18-year-old whiskeys, selected for their harmony and depth, then finished in Japanese Mizunara Oak for 28 months—an extended maturation that draws out the wood’s distinctive personality.
The latest of the Distillery Reserve Collection, Normandie Calvados, is a limited edition, cross continental conversation in a glass. Five seasoned Calvados casks from the storied Christian Drouin house made the journey from Normandy to Bardstown to embrace a curated Kentucky bourbon blend. After a 28 month slumber, the whiskey settled into medium toast American oak, resulting in an elegant confluence of crisp orchard fruit and velvety bourbon sweetness accented by gentle wood smoke and a whisper of vanilla.
