BEHIND THE BLEND - WITH MASTER BLENDER DAN CALLAWAY

Distillery Reserve Mars: A masterclass in blending & finishing Japanese Single Malts with Aged Bourbon.

In this in-person class, Master Blender Dan Callaway pulls back the curtain on Distillery Reserve Mars – sharing the story behind the collaboration with Mars Whisky, the philosophy that inspired the integration, and how time, barrel character, and a year of aging together in Kentucky shaped the whiskey’s final profile.

Less a traditional tasting, and more a behind-the-scenes exploration, this experience uncovers the decisions, experimentation, and craftsmanship that transformed four distinct whiskies into one elevated spirit.

To complement the experience, guests will enjoy thoughtfully paired culinary bites prepared at our award-winning restaurant. Each guest will also be able to purchase one bottle of Distillery Reserve Mars – subject to availability.

Guests must be 21 or older to attend the tasting experience.
