“Behind the Blend” is a series of in-person experiences led by Master Blender Dan Callaway that uncover the inspiration, blending philosophy, barrel selection, and maturation techniques behind Bardstown Bourbon Company’s most distinctive releases.

More than a traditional tasting, each session offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from the people responsible for bringing each whiskey exploration to life. Guests will also enjoy thoughtfully paired culinary bites prepared by our award-winning kitchen.

Chart new territories of taste without ever leaving the classroom! Your journey begins with our estate-distilled expressions before venturing into blending with whiskeys throughout the country, and ending with our Amrut Collaboration. Exploring the palate, each pour is paired with a flavorful snack.
