1⁄4 oz Bonal Liqueur
3⁄4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey-White Wine syrup
METHOD
Shake
Garnish: Lemon twist and Thyme
Honey-White Wine syrup
1 cup Honey
2 cups of semi-sweet white wine
1 cup water
Shake until the mixture is combined.
